My 1st sister ordered this dress from AliExpress and it was way too big for her. Instead of ordering again said hey why not let me try to alter it! After looking at the dress I understand that it actually is pretty easy to sew to make it smaller, it's not perfect but at least it'll be more flattering on her. If you need to overlock but have no overlocker, you can use a zig zag stitch or on higher end sewing machines there is a overcast stitch that works better with an overcast footer. I tried to explain as much as i can but I'm new to this tutorial thing. I hope my voice isn't too weird!! I can't get used to hearing my voice....
