Ingredients: Saint Nectaire 150g Peach 1pc Serrano or Iberico ham 4 sliced Almonds 6pcs Pepper Bread 2 slices 1. Slice the bread and spray it with olive oil 2. Grill in the oven for 5mins at 180C 3. Slice your peach 4. Chop the almonds 5. Slice the Saint Nectaire 6. Take the bread out of the oven and place on it : the peach slices, the cheese, the chopped almonds and pepper 7.
