"Never Cried This Much In Life" | Afghan Students Shocked, Heartbroken After Taliban Captured Kabul

The Taliban has captured significant parts of Afghanistan and has taken over Kabul too. Afghan nationals living in India are terrified and are not willing to return to the Taliban regime in their own country. We talked to some of the Afghan students who say they are heartbroken, shocked and mentally disturbed since the Taliban took over their country. Zakir, a PhD students says that the Taliban were earlier known as Terrorists but now have come to be identified as fighters. He appeals for an inclusive government which will cater to the needs of all Afghan civilians irrespective of their religious identity. He says that he's not sure about his future course of action as he says his family in Kabul isn't even sure of what will happen to them tomorrow. Another student residing in India since 2013 said that all the developments in Afghanistan in the last 20 years will be of no use.
