And such beautiful leaf colors throughout the woods! You've been promised a special surprise along the trail, and suddenly you spot it—not far from the nostalgic covered bridge up ahead, sits a small, rustic cider stand, tucked neatly between the winding path and a babbling creek. The air smells sweet with apples, cinnamon, and nutmeg, and a warm glow emanates from the lanterns along the path. You find yourself drawn in, the promise of a cold, refreshing glass of cider and the peaceful sounds of the forest calling to you. The creek babbles cheerfully--a constant, soothing rhythm. Leaves in brilliant shades of orange, yellow and red drift lazily down from the trees, landing softly on the forest floor. A nearby squirrel happily gorges on nuts and acorns. You take a sip of the delicious spiced cider, and a sense of calm washes over you. All the worries of the week melt away as you simply exist in this moment, surrounded by the beauty of a perfect autumn day.
