Tired but still showing up. This week in Discipline Diaries was slower but very real. Because of my cycle I had low energy, and took more naps than usual. I didn’t meal prep like usual, spent time reading at the library, went grocery shopping, and gradually found my rhythm as the week went on. I completed all 3 of my strength training workouts, shared the books I’m currently reading, and opened up about the hard and beautiful parts of raising my daughter in Christ. This vlog also includes motherhood moments of cooking together, reading time, and our Valentine’s mommy-daughter date.
