We’re Finally Seeing the Finish Line… | 200 Year Old Cottage Attic Office (Ep 72)

This week we’re back in the attic of our 200 year old Scottish cottage, and for the first time it really feels like the end is in sight. In previous episodes, we we replaced the old laminate flooring with dark oak and started building our custom workstation using IKEA kitchen cabinets. This week Adam finishes the electrics for the new wall sockets and lights, replaces the old smoke alarm, and we fit the new skirting boards. We also begin building our bespoke shelving for the workstation — bringing my original design ideas to life at last. And then there’s the small issue of trying to get the old, bulky desk out… via the Velux window… onto the roof… and out of the cottage 😅 Thanks so much for following along with this project — your support genuinely means the world to us.
