Made of red sandstone, the gateway reflects early Mughal architectural style and historical significance. Afsarwala Tomb is a Mughal-era monument located inside the Humayun’s Tomb complex in Delhi. It was built around 1566–1567 during the reign of Akbar. The word “Afsar” means officer, so historians believe this tomb belonged to a high-ranking Mughal official.
