Surely you have all the ingredients for it already in the pantry. Ingredient: • 100 g of tomato paste (that very thick and concentrated one) • A large clove of garlic • 2 tablespoons oil • 250 ml of water, or more if needed • A small bay leaf • Half a teaspoon of salt • Half a teaspoon of ground black pepper • Half a teaspoon of dried thyme • A teaspoon of hot pepper paste In a small saucepan, add 2 tablespoons of oil (I used olive oil, but you can use another cooking oil, your favorite). Then add the thin sliced garlic. Bake for a few seconds until it starts to smell good, then put the broth and about 250 ml of water. Then add salt, ground black pepper, bay leaf, thyme and a teaspoon of hot pepper paste. This is made by me at home, and you have her recipe on the channel. To replace it, you can puse a little hot paprika or a teaspoonful of dried hot pepper flakes. Boil for only -21 minutes. It is enough. Then taste. The sauce thus obtained must be a little thick, concentrated and well seasoned, perfect to use on meat, meatballs or other dishes.
