Here we are at the TECNOPOLO, an ultra-high-tech facility right in the heart of Bologna, at the centre of Italy's Data Valley. Once a tobacco factory, the TECNOPOLO now houses a computer that is the master of time. A computational genius that processes data at inconceivable speeds. LEONARDO, one of the world's most powerful supercomputers, is the core of a data centre supporting several national and international research centres, now able to exploit the immense computing power of LEONARDO, the supercomputer. All of this has been made possible thanks to the inter-university consortium CINECA and to Cefla, leading the project alongside partners: DBA PRO and ICM.
