Hey BBG fellows, I've got few things I want to tell you today. Many of you are asking if I've lost any weight and how do I feel. First of all I am a tennis player so I will probably never have Kayla's skinny legs :-) secondly, I have started with BBG after 2 months of doing basically nothing, and now on the week 5 I feel much lighter, got more energy and doing the excercises (mainly burpees and commandos LOL) is not such a torture anymore. Overall I can tell that I'm back in a pretty good shape. I wish I could share the whole program with you but unfortunately this was my last day of BBG that I could post on YouTube. I was doing BBG during my summer holidays at home in Europe but it's time for me to go back to the States and work on some tennis. I hope you enjoyed these 5 weeks with me, and I hope I will be able to record some more videos for you soon!
