The final Grail Front of this event has several nasty gimmicks that can catch you by surprise if you're not prepared. Typhon Ephemeros will unleash a breath attack every few turns. It covers a wide area of the map and will take off most of the health for anyone caught in the blast. From my experience, it will never strike the outer left and right edges of the map, so it's safe to park Servants on the enemy spawn points there.
