This time I go over changing the oil. Yes, this has a 4 cycle, liquid cooled single cylinder engine. No mixing of gas for this one. The recommended oil change interval from the owner's manual is 2000KM, so for U.S. models with MPH speedometer/odometers, that's 1,243 miles rounded up. I would use 1,200 miles for regular use. It certainly wouldn't hurt to simply change the oil every 1000 miles to make it easier. Of course, no matter how much you ride it, you should change the oil at an interval not to exceed 12 months. Sitting around not being ridden is much worse than riding the heck out of it. Use it or lose it rings true with any machine. See my other videos to see what sitting can do. 800 miles with years of idleness lead to bad consequences. Good luck.
