Even if one sounds more natural than the other in certain contexts, it won't change the translation of the sentence. It won't make it ungrammatical, so do not stress too much about it at the beginning. I didn't include the complex sentences in this video. Focus more on the simple use of them to grasp their nuances, and I will make a separate video with complex sentences that have both 은/는 and 이/가.
