Finally an update on the BSA main bearing conversion! I managed to start the machining of the oil feed block. This video shows some of the not so orthodox methods I used that may be of use to someone in the future? This is very much throwing ideas about and experimenting. I can see as the machining progresses a much simpler way of making the feed block from billet, but I needed to get to this MK1 version to establish some critical dimensions, not easy on 3 different hole centres, at different heights, inside a confined timing cover with it's cover on!
