Dear Friends, This vid has been a couple of weeks in the making having been distracted by other obligations since the first couple of days shooting a few weeks ago.. so no photography as such in this one but plenty of wildlife footage for you to enjoy... The Purple Herons are trying to make a comeback here at Lake Kerkini.. after many years of not nesting here and only a few individuals around the lake during the summer. This is now the second year in a row they are attempting to nest here again and in larger numbers.. I counted 8 pairs... let's hope they are successful..!
