Using the original performance video from a few weeks ago (which you can check out at the link below), I cut the solo into 8-bar sections, then played each section slowly. I also included the chord progression in the slowed down demonstrations, in order to help you make sense of the notes being played. Here is the original "40 Days" performance video:    • "40 Days" Solo (Bebop Guitar Solo) | ...   This solo section is basically a modified 12-bar jazz blues. The first 8 bars are pretty standard, but the turnaround on the last 4 bars is where it gets more interesting. I opted to use a series of major 7 chords leading up to the final V7alt chord in the 12th bar, which gives a nice contrast to the dominant 7th-based sounds that are typically featured in this type of jazz-blues.
