Hey :) Sorry its taken such a long time to upload a new video. I decided to try some pole doubles moves with my sister and thought I'd record it to give some of you an idea of moves. There are many ways into these moves and different combos that can be done with them. Please be super careful when attempting any of these moves, use crash mats/spotters and ask an instructor for help. Fee free to comment below if you'd like some tips or for a request for my next video. I'm not exactly sure of some of the names of moves, but this is what we call them: 1. Headstand variations 2. Bow and Arrow 3. Flying Angel 4. Standing Arch 5. Standing Pike 6. Splits on Splits 7. Handstand Butterfly on Knees 8. Step around to Back Hook 9. Base and Flyer Spin 10.
