12V outlets in cars used to be for lighting fags, then plugging in those weezy asthmatic mini-vacuum cleaners. But let's not kid ourselves, these days they're exclusively for charging mobile devices. I haven't plugged anything into the 12V socket in my car that didn't require a USB adapter since about 2017. In an upcoming video, I try to fix my dodgy 12V socket, but it's not ready yet so here's a video of how to replace the car's original 12V socket with a proper USB hub with fast charging which is better.
