After an incredible hike up Padar Island we motor over to Komodo Village. We find the pink sand beach and interact with the world's largest lizard for Davis' first day of 8th grade. We are a suburban blended family that has raised our 3 older children and now want to travel the world. After planning and saving for the past 6 years, we are now embracing our dream of sailing around the world on our Leopard 45 sailing catamaran. Follow our journey as we Circumnavigate the Globe in 3-4 years on a budget of $4,800/month (food, communication, fuel, insurance, transportation, mooring/marina & fun).
