The RealFix program, a Mayors Challenge-winning initiative launched by Mayor Andre Sayegh, is designed to combat Paterson's opioid problem by providing residents experiencing withdrawal quick and easy access to the medication and support they need. This municipality is tackling one of the most daunting challenges facing communities with a solution that is both saving and improving hundreds of lives locally, and has potential to scale and spread far beyond.
