However, after re-measuring, I realized that when I weighed 16 grams of coffee beans and poured them into the hopper, there were beans left over after brewing. I went into the menu and selected "clear the beans," and about 4 grams of coffee grounds were collected in the used coffee container. So, it's estimated that about 12 grams of coffee grounds were actually used, not 16 grams.
