In this video I demonstrate how to make Trinidad coconut dumplings. These dumplings are also popular in the other Caribbean islands. Coconut dumplings can be added to your soups or served as a side with your favorite stew, saltfish, callaloo. Note: Allow the water to boil before putting the dumplings in the pot. They will drop to the bottom of the pot and eventually rise to the top as they cook. Cooking time: 10 minutes.
