Hi there^.^ These gyoza wrappers made from scratch are simple to prepare: flour, water and a pinch of salt. You will love them! Perfect if you fancy some freshly made wrappers or simply if there's no Asian grocery store around you to buy them all ready. I normally use these for the traditional Japanese gyozas but also love making Korean kimchi mandu with these.
