The act of giving a 'martenitsa' to someone symbolizes the wish for revitalization, renewal and fertility. The DNA-coded information in the artefacts of the performance (the 'martenitsas') implements the meaning of criticism in the act of their sending to our chosen addressees. This artistic gesture aims to provoke thinking over the policy, the status and the attitude to Bulgarian culture, history and self-confidence.
