Hey there - Here is a preview of things to come... I have re-cut this video from the original CCD-TRV81 Hi8 tapes and the original DCR-VX-1000 Digital tapes. Now, for the first time in 27 years, you can see every detail without glitching, jitters, tracking errors or double-exposed frames. During my recovery from hip surgery #2, I have transferred all of my skateboard footage to the PC from over 100 hours of tape. Let's DOUBLE the views on this one - I will be uploading more if I see there is significant interest in these rare archives recently rescued from the ravages of time. Below is the description copied over from the original upload. The video that earned my position among the ranks of the "World Famous Supreme Team", The first string of riders for Bici/Pang's NYC Based "UXA Clothing", and Staten island's "Jade Skateboard Manufacturing Company". Earlier on, I skated for Swish NYC, and got flow from New Deal, Rhythm and Element, Infamous NYC, Metropolitan wheels, Venture Trucks and Charismatic Clothing. In the early 2000s, I was instrumental in the design of Nike's first official skate shoe, the "E-Cue". Between my skateboard background, and (at the time) collection of over 1000 pairs of vintage Nikes, I was uniquely qualified to put them through rigorous tests and provide valuable feedback, referencing specific design features of the company's back catalog. In hindsight I find it interesting, as it foreshadowed my later involvement in music production and sound design, where equalizers or "EQs" are among the most fundamental tools of the trade. Not sure how the video stands up by today's standards (the new generation seems to really be pushing the limits), but it was a fun time and I'm glad to have been a part of it. Best wishes to the whole crew no names, you know who you all are and thanks for the memories. Lastly- Love and honor always to Mike, Keenan, Harold, and Keith for your inspiration and kindness growing up - I'm sure I speak for us all in saying we still miss you. -Adam.
