How to Make a DIY Top Hat for your Snowman for Christmas | Easy Top Hat - Tutorial by Crystal Best Follow along with me to learn how to make a fun and funky Top Hat for your Cup snowman, or any snowman for that matter!! This Top Hat is Easy-Peasy-Lemon-Squeezy! I PROMISE!!! You can use this Top Hat tutorial for any top hat really, but he is perfect for Mr. Frosty Pants!  Here’s what you need for this craft! 1. A Cardboard box (I’m using an old pamper box) 2. A Mathematical Compass (To make your 13 inch and 5 ½ inch circles) 3. Black fabric to cover the hat (I used hubby’s old polo shirt) 4. Hot glue gun 5. Glue sticks (lots lol) 6. 1 piece of ribbon in Christmas Red! 7. 1 Ruler 8. 1 Pencil 9. 1 Lighter to seal your ribbon ends so they wouldn’t fray (optional) 10. 1 Lint Brush (optional) 11.
