New accounts have to go through a verification process by providing ID. I've personally never had to do that and I wouldn't freely give out my ID to any company I wasn't 100% sure of. If this happens to you, it may be worth contacting their support or simply cancelling your order. They should refund you. If not, get your money back from paypal. 3) If you're buying keys from keysites, even legitimate, licensed resellers, I would strongly recommend using PayPal.
