For pro players, they are able to side step the ghost or run in circles around her as shown in the guide. You will need to find 4 wheels, a car battery, a car fuel tin, and the car key. The car key is located inside a box that must be opened with a lock pick. The remaining items are scattered randomly around the map so some items are easy to find while others require more effort if they are inside locked rooms.
