KinGlassie Double Matured, Fife Single Malt Scotch Whisky, Aged 8 Years Velvet Almond Smoke. KinGlassie is a heavily peated Fife Single Malt Scotch Whisky, distilled only once a year, for less than a week every winter at InchDairnie Distillery. Using 100% Fife grown barley that has been heavily peated, using mainland peat to 50+ppm. KinGlassie has been double matured in Fife, first in ex-bourbon American oak casks for five years, followed by three years in Amontillado casks. Colour: Almond Brown Aroma: Smoke and tobacco with rich layers of almonds and nuts. Flavour: The nuttiness and velvet wrapped smoke perfectly balances with a lovely long char-filled chewiness. KinGlassie Raw, Fife Single Malt Scotch Whisky, Aged 8 Years Smouldering Fireplace Hit KinGlassie Raw is a heavily peated Fife Single Malt Scotch Whisky, distilled only once a year, for less than a week every winter at InchDairnie Distillery. Using 100% Fife grown barley that has been heavily peated using mainland peat to 50+ppm. KinGlassie Raw has been exclusively aged in Fife, in ex-bourbon American oak casks for eight years, resulting in a limited edition whisky that combines the natural character of the distillery with untamed smokiness. Colour: Straw Aroma: Bonfire smoke with great depth. Flavour: Smoke with rich sweet maltiness
