Robert is the founder of Ndoping & Co. He is a Certified Personal and Business Coach with approved International Coaching and Mentoring Training Hours from the International Coach Academy, formerly known as Canada Coach Academy (CCA). He is also a member of the International Coaching Federation, and a graduate of Management Styles and Strategy from the prestigious “Getting It Done” MBA Course at Rotman School of Management in Toronto. More to that, Robert holds two Masters’ degrees. One in International Development and the other in Welfare management from Sweden. His recent position was National Manager, Client Success. He led a team of Client Success Coaches located in different provinces within Canada to coach and guide internationally trained immigrants in attaining their professional goals. Robert is also a very charismatic motivational speaker. He has presented in conferences across the globe on different topics. He is also passionate about challenging individual intellect and strategizing for results.
