All you need is a mat for this upper body mobility routine! You may want a bench or sturdy piece of furniture around to increase the range of motion on one of the stretches. We combine dynamic and static stretches during this 15 minute routine. We do 15 different stretches/exercises each lasting 60 seconds. This should have you feeling very open by the end : ) Some of my stretches may look a little different as I navigate with a broken hand.
