You join me late Autumn for an evening fishing trip for barbel out on a flooding river. With my boots already wet through and a river that was rapidly rising over its banks in many places, I only had one thing in mind and that was to be very stubborn and see if we could winkle out a barbel from this flooded waterway. During this video I fish and explain my tactics up to around 9 minutes, fishing begins from 8 minutes onwards. This is just me sharing with you what works for me, it isn't gospel, just my individualistic approach.
