Every day we encounter various situations in our lives in which we give or receive feedback. How come we listen to our consultants more than to our own bosses? Why does feedback sometimes not reach its recipient? What aspects should be included in our feedback to make it most effective? Last year Arthur Sevenstern saw the TEDx stage from the other side - as a speakers coach.This year, he himself will be standing on our TEDx stage and share his story. Apart from speakers coaching, Arthur is also lecturer, startup coach, involved in change management and keynote speaker on topics like leadership, change and storytelling. His broad professional experience is ranging from sales to account manager and regional director. A true jack of all trades. Next to his speakers coaching, he has recently also taken on the challenge of lecturing at a Hogeschool. Arthur studied civil engineering in Delft and he also did his MBA at Nyenrode Business University. He’s always actively involved in the Nyenrode community for events like TEDx or Peer group coaching.
