Chandigarh woman alleges gang-rape by 40 men in Morni Hill area. Two persons have been arrested, while identification and search for others involved in the incident is under way, say police. A 22-year-old woman from Chandigarh has alleged sexual assault by at least 40 men over four days in the Morni Hill area of Haryana’s Panchkula district. The police have constituted a Special Investigation Team, headed by IPS officer Anshu Singla, to investigate the case. Panchkula Deputy Commissioner of Police Rajender Kumar Meena said three accused had so far been arrested.
