In this video we talk about the dangers and side effects of laughing gas along with how to avoid these and use nitrous oxide safely. There's a lot of propaganda out there about this substance, some even claiming it's not a drug *ahem Fox News*, then claiming 'but it's as dangerous as one' LOL okay we get it drugs are bad (at least the ones that don't benefit you). Nitrous is used recreationally by many people but what many people may not know is it can also be used spiritually and for growth if you go into it with the right intention and context. Of course this is difficult so I don't recommend anyone uses nitrous, this guide is simply to educate you on safety if you're going to do so. I personally think nitrous is best used whilst either high on weed or tripping on psychedelics or both, and not really worth doing by itself. It feels quite a bit like ketamine but unique similar to how different psychedelics can vary. When used in conjunction with other drugs, it seems to be exponentially intensified and usually synergises well (though be careful with drugs involving respiratory depression and of course do independent research!) The experience is very short and it's likely you'll quickly forget the peak, sometimes you may remember glimpses of it and ... just wow. You will want to bring back what you learned but good luck haha! Another aspect of it is not necessarily the peak but the after-effects. Because it launches you into a much more intense experience (when tripping) it can make the previous intensity feel like nothing in comparison potentially giving you a sense of "control". One time I was even lifted out of a challenging trip after taking nitrous, though it's not all sunshine, I've also had challenging nitrous trips and they've been intense to say the least, but for some reason they tended to be less "scary", maybe that's just my bias, but nitrous like ketamine does tend to reduce anxiety. Make sure you're aware of all the dangers, especially with Nitrous B12 Deficiency and you're not using it too often. What's considered 'too often' is quite relative and you should do some research if you're planning on using it at more than a few times a week and maybe even less if you're not getting enough B12 in your diet. If you plan to use nitrous no matter what, I advise you to read more about it. You're taking a substantial risk without that independent research and I am not responsible for any harm you cause yourself with this drug. If you're in a small group of people that might have a Vitamine B12 deficiency (such as vegans), or you have another medical condition, you may be even more at risk.
