Fried Rice with Bacon and Vegetables Ingredients: bacon - 8 oz (226 g) parsley - 1 bunch chives - 1 bunch garlic - 4 cloves eggs - 3 vegetable oil - 2 tbsp frozen mix of carrots, corn, green peas and beans - 2 cups white cooking wine - 1 tbsp cold cooked rice (White Basmati) - 2 cups oyster sauce - 1 tbsp soy sauce - 1 tbsp sesame oil - 1 tsp white pepper (to taste) Steps: 1. Slice bacon. 2. Chop parsley, chives, and garlic. 3. Beat 3 eggs. 4. Add two tablespoons of vegetable oil to the frying pan. 5. Fry the beaten eggs for one minute (medium heat). 6. Remove eggs and add bacon. 7. Fry the sliced bacon for two minutes. Add the chopped garlic and fry for one minute. 8. Add two cups of frozen mix of carrots, corn, green peas and beans. Cook for 2 minutes. 9. Add one tablespoon of white cooking wine. Stir the mix and add two cups of cold cooked rice (White Basmati). 10. Add one tablespoon of oyster sauce and soy sauce. Stir the mix. 11. Add one teaspoon of sesame oil and white pepper (to taste). 12. Combine the mixture with the fried eggs, chopped parsley, and chives.
