THE STORIES OF BODIES BEING THROWN INTO THE SEA NEAR FORT ALBERT IN ALDERNEY DURING THE OCCUPATION

Ever since the end of the German Occupation in Alderney, several theories and stories abound about what happened during those times to the forced workers sent to the island to primarily build the hundreds of concrete fortifications as part of Hitler’s plan to stop the islands being invaded or attacked by the Allies. There is currently an International Enquiry taking place under Lord Pickles, to try and establish what really happened, and a more accurate number for those who lost their lives during those dark years. This is a short video on my own opinion on one or two of those theories, stories and rumours … and as I have said, I stand to be corrected if evidence comes to light supporting them. This video is my opinion on the stories of bodies being thrown into the large gully off Fort Albert. Whilst I've no doubt some bodies ended up in the sea, I don't believe this gully was a place of mass execution:
