I take a look at the latest motorcycle in Honda's 500 stable and their scrambler, in the CL500 and go over the seat height, ride triangle, ergonomics and rider fit from the perspective of an 180 cm tall rider, with 32 inch inseam. While based on the Rebel 500 or CMX500 cruiser from Honda, the CL500 is more roadster, with some scrambler theme thrown in for good measure, ensuring an ideal first motorcycle - or intermediate option - that'll be welcoming for the vast majority of riders. The CL500 isn't as low as the Rebel 500, but carries its weight in a similar manner and runs an upright seat position, and relaxed overall ergo.
