Poilievre was never told, because he does not have security clearance. Canadians could benefit from a deeper understanding of the law that has resulted in Poilievre declining that clearance. The law - the NSICOP Act, is a political trap. The law was challenged, struck down, then upheld on appeal, and now has leave to be heard at the Supreme Court later this year.
