This week, the 1984 Chevy C20 Squarebody gets its final makeover. I install a 6" front / 8" rear drop kit to give this ex-railroad service truck the stance it deserves. Then it’s time to tame the ever-stubborn Edelbrock carb with some hands-on tuning, and finally bolt on a fresh set of wheels and tires to complete the look. After all the rust repair, paint experiments, and problem-solving, this build is finally buttoned up—and ready to cruise. It wasn’t always smooth, but that’s the beauty of DIY garage life.
