Welcome back to Part 2 of our Pokémon Gaia playthrough, where our journey through the Orbtus Region continues in Seros Village, home to the region’s first Pokémon Gym. After arriving at the end of the previous episode, it’s finally time to challenge our first Gym Leader and see how our team stacks up. ➡️ Watch the full Pokémon Gaia playlist here:    • Pokemon Gaia | Full Playthrough   Inside the Seros Gym, we take on Fernando, the Fairy-type specialist. After a hard-fought battle, we emerge victorious… but instead of receiving our first Gym Badge, Fernando refuses to hand it over and suddenly runs out of the Gym. Determined to claim what we’ve earned, we chase him into the nearby Wisp Forest, where we eventually track him down. After apologizing for his reaction, Fernando finally awards us the Mystic Badge, securing our first official Gym Badge in the Orbtus Region. Following the battle, Fernando’s grandfather—the Day-Care Man—rewards us with HM01 Cut, giving us a brand-new field ability that opens up previously blocked paths. Using Cut at the northern end of Seros Village, we uncover a hidden entrance back into Archan Tunnel, where we discover another mysterious stone tablet carved into the walls. The deeper we dig, the clearer it becomes that the ancient history of Orbtus is more than just legend. Professor Redwood advises us to seek out his acquaintance, Herschel, for help investigating the tablet. To find him, we travel east toward Aerous City, where we immediately notice something suspicious unfolding outside the city’s Museum. After confronting and defeating a shady trainer revealed to be a grunt of the region’s emerging “evil team,” the New Elders, we make our way inside and locate Herschel upstairs. After hearing about the tablet, he agrees to meet us back at Archan Tunnel to further investigate the mystery. 🧡 A huge shoutout and thank you to Spherical Ice, the creator of Pokémon Gaia, for crafting such an incredible game and story-driven adventure.
