Preparing, cleaning and storing moss for terrarium and other botanical projects This is a very simple process but an extremely important steps to prevent unwanted pests, hitchhikers and mold/fungal infections in your botanical projects. It involves removing twigs and dry/dead grass from the moss and rinsing it in distilled or RO water. Rinsing process is to be repeated a couple of times to get the moss as much free of soil and debris as possible.
