Have you ever baked bread and wondered if the bread was cooked? Even after you gave it an extra 5 minutes in the oven! If you are baking bread for the first time? You will ask yourself. Is this bread cooked? *Recipe 7 cups Bread Flour 1 pack Rapid Rise Yeast 2 tbsp Brown Sugar 1 tsp Salt 1 cup Water *1 1/2 cup Unsweetened Almond Milk use any milk of your choice 1 stick Butter/8 ounces 2 tbsps Olive Oil Place butter in warm water to melt, add Milk and stir. Mix flour, sugar, salt and yeast until incorporated. Add the liquid to dry ingredients. Knead until smooth. Doesn’t have to be a long knead. Add some of the oil to the dough to prevent stickiness. Cut into half. Grease the pans and place the dough into the pans. Gently rub some oil on the top of the dough. Place pans in a warm place (maybe closest to the stove) Allow to rise to the top of the pans. (About 30 minutes) Preheat oven to 375 degrees Fahrenheit. Place the dough into oven (middle rack) and allow to bake for 30 minutes. Let bread cool before cutting. Enjoy. I "tried my hand at those buns. I do Not have a video.
