MINI TO MASSIVE: CATFISH EDITION! Today’s video is a catfishing trip with Big Rich Fish Charters in the DFW area, and it was an awesome day on the water. This was my birthday trip and we started the morning off in 23 degree weather with wind that made it feel even colder. We spent the day drifting for catfish using multiple lines spread out with weights and floats to cover water while letting the wind and current move the boat. My buddy ended up landing the fish of the day and his personal best at around 42 pounds, and we finished the day strong with multiple good fish including a couple 25-pounders and a 30-pounder. And like I promised in the intro, I included the full clip of my personal best blue catfish from my last trip with Rich himself — a 45.5 pound blue cat.
