Hello fellow sewing friends! This is yet another extremely detailed sewing vlog about how i created this DIY fully lined wrap jacket inspired by the original designer Cecilie Bahnsen. I also took much inspiration from watching withwendy create her own version. It gave me a lot of courage to try it for myself! My jacket is not exactly like the Cecilie Bahnsen version. The fabric is not quilted, the drop shoulder is more extreme and the length is a lot shorter. I managed to learn how to draft my own lining from using what i learned when constructing the Stacker Jacket by Papercut Patterns. I strongly encourage anyone who wants to learn how to make a lined jacket to pick an indie pattern and work through it.
