Aggramar guide! Heroic Aggramar and Normal Aggramar raid boss guide for Antorus, the Burning Throne. Antorus, the Burning Throne is the new raid coming in Patch 7.3 and Aggramar is ready to show everyone his Taeshalach. This is a Heroic and Normal Aggramar guide using footage from the raid testing on the PTR. Boss fight info and mechanics are subject to change but are likely to stay largely correct. Any major changes to the Aggramar fight on live servers will be noted in a pinned comment below this boss guide video. Aggramar in Antorus, the Burning Throne is a hectic fight filled with many varieties of fire. Tank positioning and play is very key here, especially during Aggramar's five part Taeshalach Technique combo that he uses at 100 energy. Taeshalach Technique starts with a Foe Breaker, which hits the tank with a cone attack. The tank faces him away from the raid while the rest of the group stacks on the boss's behind. The tank eating Foe Breaker will need a sizeable defensive cooldown! IMMEDIATELY after Foe Breaker, the tank stacked with the raid needs to taunt Aggramar to spin him towards the group. Everyone eats the Flame Rend, gets knocked back and then moves back to where they were. The tank that JUST TAUNTED needs to then move throw the boss to spin him back away from the group, and use a cooldown to survive the second Foe Breaker. Meanwhile, the tank that ate the first Foe Breaker is stacking with the raid. After the second Foe Breaker, tank 1 taunts to take the boss back, facing him towards the raid once again for the second Flame Rend. Then, everyone runs out of the middle to avoid the Searing Tempest. It's easier than it sounds, and your raid will quickly get the hang of it. The main difference between Normal Aggramar raid fight and Heroic Aggramar in Antorus is the Molten Remnants mechanic, which resurrects dead Ember adds 18 seconds after their death. This means it's very important to manage their explosions and allow them to touch the boss 1 or maybe 2 at a time, then using CC to prevent any further embers from exploding until after the Eruption debuff has fallen off the raid.
