Last week, Horizon Hobby announced their new V-22 Osprey tilt-rotor! Well, they were kind enough to send me one for the early announcement and we flew this past weekend. Hovering this thing around literally had me giggling like a school girl for the first little bit it was so cool! Then transitioning into forward flight, I'm not going to lie, was kind of a rush. This little guy is solid in the hover and really takes up airspace quickly flying it around in forward flight. It has great power for nice verticals and rolling maneuvers. This is such a cool little aircraft, I'm still geeking out over it!
