Chris Dyson is the former headteacher of Parklands Primary school in Leeds, located in one of Europe’s largest council estates. Here, he was a National Leader of Education (NLE), helping to drive improvements across Yorkshire. Seeing schools achieve sustained improvement is his abiding passion. In January this year Chris moved to Birmingham, to take up the role of deputy CEO of the Create Partnership Trust, an organisation responsible for the education of 3,000 children.
