Approve the meeting minutes from the Regular Meeting held on January 27, 2026. 2. Approve the updated Town of Paxton Recycled Product Procurement Policy. 7:00PM 3.Submit notice to the Town Clerk to place open Planning Board position for a three-year term on the ballot for the next election. 4.Appoint Pamela Cardaci to the Board of Registrars effective April 1, 2026, to March 31, 2029. 3. UPDATE FOR DEPARTMENT/BOARDS/COMMITTEES 1.Presentaiton by Tara Rondeau from the Paxton Municipal Light Department, regarding a grant recently awarded to the Department. 7:05PM 2.Meet with Capital Improvement Planning Committee • To review amendments to the existing CIPC bylaws that CIPC is proposing be amended or, in some cases, simply “refreshed.” • Other discussions as needed 4. NEW BUSINESS 7:40PM 1.Ratify contract for the Town Administrator. 2.Open warrant for the Annual Town Meeting. 5. OLD BUSINESS 6. SELECTBOARD CORRESPONDENCE 7. TOWN ADMINISTRATORS UPDATE 8. CITIZENS SPEAK (Public Comment) 9. EXECUTIVE SESSION 1.The Select Board will enter into Executive Session pursuant to M.G.L. Chapter 30A, Section 21(a)(3) – To discuss strategy with respect to litigation if an open meeting may have a detrimental effect on the litigating position. 7:45PM 2.
