Hey there folks, thanks for checking out this quick video about making 5 gallons of mead for just about $50! Not a bad price, if you think about it. Making mead at home is easy and only requires a few simple ingredients. Water, yeast and a whole lot of honey! Other than that, it's really just about waiting until it's ready ... The honey for todays mead was locally sourced and is both unfiltered & unpasteurized so I'm hoping for some tasty results in a few months time! With a bit of luck there should be just a hint of Saskatoon berry in the mead as well but I don't get to find out about that until it's done brewing!
